The Daily Invitation
"Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life." - Romans 6:4
Often we think of resurrection as a one-time event that happened long ago. But what if I told you that resurrection power is available to you today, and every day? Just like the sunrise brings new mercies each morning, God extends a fresh invitation daily to experience His transforming power in our lives. This isn't about making minor adjustments or trying harder - it's about embracing a completely new way of living through Christ's power.
Reflection Question:
What areas of your life have you been trying to improve through your own strength rather than surrendering them to God's transforming power?
Easter is not a once a year celebration, but a daily invitation. A daily invitation to bury who you once were. A daily invitation to walk in new power. A daily invitation to really Believe that Jesus did get up. So you can get up, too.
Prayer
Father, help me to see that Your resurrection power is available to me today. Give me the courage to stop relying on my own strength and to fully embrace the new life You offer. Amen.
